I created this personal project as a tribute to the K-Pop girl group NewJeans second EP album, ‘Get Up’
I loved how the members looked like Powerpuff Girls in the music video ‘New Jeans’, was a huge inspiration and I decided to recreate this in my own work.
This is a fan art project that shows my admiration for them. It is not for commercial use.
I turned pixel characters into 3D jewelry pieces, and I discovered that the square-shaped diamond cut that suited them best is called ‘Princess Cut’.
NewJeans have been around for a year now.
They amazed me with their inspiration and experience in such a short span of time.
I'm so excited and will be rooting for them in the future.
